The only way is to find a local travel agency. As I know, it is still closed because of the flash flood and the reopen time is pending.0

Hello,
I planned to travel with my friends (4 including me) in early Nov. Has anyone find the way to visit the place? I don't want to go with tour package cause visit time maybe fix/tight and I don't want to pay for the package also :(
Any advise?0

It is still not clear if the scenic area will be opened in Nov. and according the rule of the scenic area, they will not accept the individual travelers.0
