About:Kunming Airport

I will arrive in Kunming Airport domestic terminal at night 12

and my departure flt to Kolkata Next day afternoon. So can I use the free lounge facility at the arrival or departure terminal before doing the immigr/luggage check etc?

Yes, of course you can. However, since you have such a long layover time, you are advised to stay in one hotel nearby.
