19 hrs transit layover in Xiamen

i am US citizen and travelling from Seoul, S.Korea to Los Angeles 19 hrs stopover in Xiamen and i wonder if i can get the free 72hrs twov so i can spend the night in a hotel and catch the flight on next day.
Incheon >>> Xiamen (19 hrs layover in transit) >>> Quindao (2 and half hours layover) >>>>> LAX.
