About:Chinese Embassy in Azerbaijan
I'm a Zimbabwean in North Cyprus and there is no embassy of China. Can I apply in Azerbaijan

Hi, if you don't have valid residence permit in Azerbaijan, you cannot apply from the embassy in there.0
