IS visa-free still for foreigner to visit HAINAN, how many days for stay/ any guidance please. thanks

I would discourage you from applying for Hainan visa free access until this option gains some momentum and so much needed routine. At the time being, although it has nominally restarted, it is still in its, let's call it, a "trial official phase".

Please, just wait for some time to avoid finidng yourself in a sea of problems created by several requirements that are still in the process of becoming a "usual thing".
