About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I am flying to Shanghai China on the 21st August 2018, staying 3 nights

the boarding the Majestic Princess on the 24th August 2018 to sail back to Australia. Are we exempt from a China Visa?
