advice trip to xin kangchuan ciu

Question

If i like to travel from jakarta indonesia to hongkong,  macau,  xiamen and some city in china.  Do u have any recommendation how the trip should be. Any recommend city in china? How the transportation from hkg to xiamen? By train? Do you familiar with city at china name xin kang or chuan ciu? Im not sure about the spelling but my parents just said that 2 city their hometown and want to go there.

I think the best route of your trip may be Jakarta - Hong Kong - Macau - Xiamen. Except for the cities you have mentioned, I also recommend you visit the Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai which are the most popular destinations for the first time travelers in China.There is no direct train from Hong Kong to Xiamen, if you prefer the train travel, you can go to Shenzhen by subway or bus firstly, and then take a bullet train to Xiamen. Or you may also take a direct flight from HK to Xiamen.As to xin kang or chuan ciu, I am not quite clear about these two places. Do you mean Xinkangxiang in Changsha, Hunan?
