Do i qualify 144hr visa

I am ending a 14day cruise in Shanghai port last port of call before Shanghai will be Hong Kong, wish to stay in Shanghai 4 days then fly from Shanghai airport to Dubai.

You qualify 144hr free transit in Shanghai if your trip would be HK-Shanghai-Dubai.
