I get a job from china. I also want to apply for my wife dependant visa along with my work Z. Please guide me regarding that

You should first prepare those documents including passports and copies of its data page, completed application forms, recently-taken passport-style photos. You also need to provide a work permit from your employer, and your wife needs to show marriage certificate, and invitation letter from your company. Then, submit the application to the China embassy to apply for work Z type for you and S type for your wife.
