About:China Tourist Visa

Tourist Visa to Work Visa

Is it possible to enter China on a tourist L and, once in China, switch to a work Z? I have a job lined up but am unable to get the work Z in time

That's possible. You can try to do the change at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB after entering the country. Good luck.
