Waiting rooms

Do the waiting rooms work 24/7? Can we stay in the waiting room at night if we do not have train tickets, but in the morning we are going to the terracotta army on bus 5 (306)?

The waiting room for this station did work 24 hours a day, but without a ticket, you cannot enter the station waiting room.
