Will I ever be lucky with money?

I was born on 5th July 1972 in Long Buckby, Northampton UK. My question is that I never seem to have much luck with jobs and money. My sister received a windfall from work and my mum had PPI back but I'm still struggling on. Are rats just an unlucky sign with money and what can I do to increase my luck. Also I made a mistake at work and paid another employee someone else's salary. I have an investigation pending so I'm wondering if my job will be changing shortly and it will be better circumstances (my current role is weird hours, rubbish pay).
