Can I get another x2 short stay student visa?

If my X2 student type expires can I re apply for another one? How many times can I reapply for a new one? I can only pay for my studies one semester at a time..

If you are currently in mainland China, maybe you can extend it at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. There is no specific requirement for how many times you can apply for the extension. But there should be, I guess. You will know the answer only after you do that. Good luck.
