Passport renewal. I'm a Filipino I'm working in changchun city

my visa expired on October 23 ,2018, my passport expired on April 14, 2019, I want to renew my passport before I apply again the working Z, can I renew my passport first weeks of july? How many month I can recieve the new passport thank you and have nice day

Hi, I think you are supposed to renew your passport in October or after that. It may take 15 days to one month for you to get the new passport. Just for reference.
