visit requirements

Question

I recently acquired a S2 as my son works in China and the visa is valid until Mar 2020. I visited in Apr of this year and intend visiting again in Oct and possibly a couple of times in 2019. My question is do I have to fill in another questionnaire stating my address, entry and exit dates itinerary etc etc every time I want to visit or does the S2 negate this requirement. Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi, if your current visa says M on ENTRIES, you can use it to re-enter mainland China, no need to fill in the application form. Just bring your passport and valid visa and enough travel fees for the trip.
