Multiple entry chinese business visa for 1 year

Hi i am from Indonesia and i am wondering whats the lists of things or documents that i need to apply for the 1 year multiple entry business M?

You should prepare the required documents including passport and its copy, the filled-out application form, a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter from your Chinese business partner.

Based on what I know, it's possible for you to extend the M type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. You don't have to provide tax certificate for the extension unless it is required.

Is this doable ? One of my friend said the embassy of China for Indonesia will only give out 1 month for 1 entry. And the extension for the business M in Beijing have change? any idea? Now when applying for 6 months of extension for the business visa you need tax statement?
