About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visit to Shanghai for 6 days

We are planning to visit our daughter who is working in Shanghai. We will fly from Heathrow to Shanghai and will return to Heathrow 6 days later. Are we able to take advantage of the 144 hours free policy?

No. You need a visa because It’s not a transit.
