About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it OK to have a 72 hour visa twice in less than 2 Weeks?

Hi,
I am flying to Manilla via Guangzhou, I wish to stay in Guangzhou for 72 hours on the flight out and on the return flight. Is this ok?

Portugal > Guangzhou > Manila is allowed as long as there are no other stops on the way. Some Chinese airlines have extra stop scheduled in China which makes the 72 hour TWOV not valid. Once you depart China you are allowed another transit without visa even if its the next day/week/month. no limit of how long you have to be out of china to be eligible to arrive again.
