About:Badaling Great Wall

How do i get to badaling great wall and ming tomb from chongwenmen station?

can I travel to Mutianyu on my own as well?

First, take the Metro Line 2 at Chongwenmen Station to Dongzhimen Station and then get on the Bus 877 whose operating time is 06:00 - 12:30. It is a direct bus to Badaling Great Wall, taking about an hour and costing CNY 12 per person.

After the visit in Badaling, you can take Bus 879 running between the Ming Tombs and Badaling Town. It usually takes about 50 minutes and cost CNY 8 per person.

You can travel Mutianyu on your own next day.
