and I am holding Nepalese passport. So, what documents are needed to apply for Hongkong visitor entry permit? How to apply? And how long does it take?

First, you may need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, residence permit in New Zealand, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan. Then, submit the application to China embassy or consulate to apply for that. Processing time is around four working days, but if the application will be transferred to HK immigration department, it may need 4 to 6 weeks for the application process.
