My brother DOB 31Jul1976 cannot seem to find his true mate. Always with someone - never for long.

Is there any direction he should take - or just stop altogether and focus on himself but that seems too hard. He constantly seeks attention and reinforcement. Any advice for a sister who wishes him a staffing relationship to than enjoy life with. Many thanks!!! Peace to you too.:)
