About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

If I fly from Dubai to Shanghai, stay 3 nights in SH

then fly to Myanmar from SH but transit from Guangzhou, would I quality for the 144 visa free program?

No, because of the stop in Guangzhou.
