I am flying to Beijing on my way to Monglolia and would like to stay in Beijing for a couple of days.I would only be there 3 days max. I have a british passport, but live in Australia with a permanent residency and i work in Mongolia which i have entry permit and alien card for.Do i need entry permit for Beijing for 3 days?My partner is traveling from Mongolia to Beijing to meet me, she is Mongolian and as a mongolian passport, doe she require entry permit to enter Beijing.Thank you

Paul, you could enjoy 144 hr free transit in Beijing, and no visa will be needed. If your partner's travel route would be Mongolia-Beijing-Mongolia, she needs a visa then.
