My Leo ex-boyfriend ('94) and I (Female Capricorn - '95) broke up earlier this year

Due to the stresses of my having to move away for school. I broke up with him. We are in constant contact everyday, he tells me he loves me and doesn't know if he wants to be with me or not, but then he tells me to move on and be happy, he is clearly confused.
