Shanghai round Trip
Can I fly Chicago to Shanghai to Tokyo to Shanghai to Chicago with the 144 hour exemption?
The Chicago to Shanghai would be a round trip but I wouldn't stay in Shanghai longer than 144 hours and I would have a round trip to Tokyo from Shanghai.
