Notorization of Forms for Work in China

Greetings,
My name is Christopher Wood and I have been offered a position teaching English in a university in the city of Lanzhou (Lanzhou Jiaotong University). I have several forms (criminal record and diploma) that need to be notarized by the Chinese consulate. Can I email your office these forms or do they need to be mailed to your office for notarization. Any other information on this process would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Christopher Wood

Hi, Christopher, you cannot mail or post the documents to office for notarization. You can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
