visas hainan

Question

I am planning travel to Hainan  witch my family, we have plane tickets form (Poland)  Warsaw to Paris, Paris to Guangzhou, Guangzhou to Sanya. We can not stay in Guangzhou because we have only 2 hours between planes. I have information from ambasady that I need entry permit to Hainan. Why? The answer was that it is domestic  plane. Is it ok? Because I do not understand  this regulation  for visas to Hainan.

Hi, you cannot enjoy Hainan visa-free access if you won't be received by a Hianan travel agency. You are supposed to apply for a visa for that trip beforehand.
