Work visa expires end of July

Hi, my employment is finishing up on June 29th and my entry
permit expires at the end of July. I still want to stay on in Shanghai and maybe look for another job. I am booked for a holiday leaving on June 30th till 15th July. Will I have any problem coming back into Shanghai as there will be only 2 weeks left on entry permit?

Hi, if your Chinese residence permit is still valid on 15th July, I think you can stay come back into Shanghai at that time. If you are still worried, you can contact the China embassy to confirm this beforehand.
