Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Hong Kong

Hi, I am Indonesian passport holder.
I have expired China visa (from previous entry) and I want to visit Shenzhen from Hong Kong, can I get VOA in Shenzhen? since it's not possible to apply from here because of holiday long holiday a week or so.
