Tourist Visa to visit the Shanghai office

Hi, I need to visit my shanghai office for a training program and to meet the buyers visiting the office in July. Please advise if obtaining a tourist L is sufficient and also what are the documents i need to prepare for the Visa? How long will this take as this is my first visit to China, Thanks a lot!

Hi, I think you can apply for a Chinese tourist L type for this trip. You need to prepare all the required documents including passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, invitation letter from China, photocopy of Chinese ID of the inviting individual, travel itinerary, round trip air tickets, the latest 3-month bank statement.
