About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Am I elegible for the 144h visa free Neijingg, if I take a train from Hong Kong to Beijing?

I assume Chineses goverment, mean that Hong kong is also china so that actually I was already in china when i was sightseeing in HK.

This is highly relevant, might be a different understading according to HK or Chineses regulation.

Thank you so much !
