Just go to take the train at Chengdu Railway Station. There are seven trains from Chengdu to Neijian each day. The first run is at 05:53 and the final run is at 23:32. It takes about 4 hours to get to Neijing by train. As for buses, you can go to take it at Wugui Bridge Bus Station,New South Gate Bus Station orBeimen (North Gate) Bus Station.
