Letter of criminal records from china

Excuse me, how can I get a letter of criminal records from china? I was living in Kunming city and the Australian immigration department is asking me for this document. Thanks in advance

Hi, if you are not in Kunming currently, you are advised to find an agency to help you apply for it from the local police station in your residence area in Kunming.
