You can enjoy free entry to mainland China for not more than 15 days, so you don't need to apply for a visa for the trip to Shenzhen from Hong Kong. Don't worry.0

ICI holders must apply for a mainland Chinese visa. Also you need a separate visa for HK. What you hold is not a Brunei passport but a travel document for stateless persons.1
