Qualifying for a Z visa

I've heard rumors that a Z now requires someone to have a bachelors degree in their home country. Is this the case? Are there age requirements? For a Z?
I'm looking at teaching English in a kindergarten, but don't want to get my hopes up if I won't qualify for a visa.

Usually, a bachelor degree is needed when you apply for the work permit which is a necessary document for work Z type. In principle, the age limit for male applicants is 18 - 60, and 18 - 55 for female applicants.
