Is there a min time limit that one must spend in the third region to qualify for 144h visa free?

Hi,
Would the following itinerary be OK for 144h free transit:
AMS-Shanghai arriving in Shanghai 14 June
Shanghai - Hong Kong 16 June arriving in HK in the morning
Hong Kong - Amsterdam 16 June leaving HK 23:05
So basically would those 6-8h in HK be sufficient to qualify for 144h free transit?
