About:China Tourist Visa

Criminal Background. Thank you

My fiance has a 26 year old federal felony conviction (distribution conspiracy). With it being so old, does it need to be declared on an L application. He wants a multi-entry visa for a year.

Hi, as I know, the certificate of no criminal record is not required when applying for a Chinese L type, so you don't have to declare it on the application unless it's required to do that.
