Multiple Entry F Visa

Hi, is it possible to apply for a multiple entry F from Hong Kong? I am planning to take a language summer school in Shenzhen.

You can have a try, but I’m afraid it is difficult to get multiple entries when you make the application in a third country or region. Good luck.
