Fresh Graduate trying to work in China

I did bachelors in Shenyang, Liaoning, China and now my residence permit (under x2) is about to expire on July 31. I've talked to HRs from different companies and some of them invited me to work for them but I'm not qualified to work in China as I've no legal working experience. I'm about to graduate in June. I've done an internship here in a company in Shenyang. Talked to a visa consultant, they said they can help me get z and FEC but it has to be done in under the table way. Processing fees will be 12000 RMB for a year. I personally don't want to get a visa in an illegal process not at least in China. Are there any other ways to get work permits in China even without any working experience? I've two years working experience in my country but that was before my bachelors. Really need your advice!! Thanks

According to new work permit policy for process working Z type must need university degree and 2 years working experiences after graduate. If you doubt that, you can contact the local PSB to inquire what you can do in your case. Good luck.

Exactly! I know about the point system and I don't qualify in that way as I don't have any legal working experience after my bachelor's degree. But some companies are claiming that they can provide Z even I don't have work experience. Now I'm thinking of trying with that as I've nothing to lose. In either way, I've to go back to my country and then apply for Z-type. Thanks for your reply. I'm wondering if anyone has received this Z-type in some other ways.
