We are a family of 8 traveling on a budget to HK on July 2018 and we'd like to know which hotel would be ideal near or accessible for transport to Disneyland, Ocean Park, Victoria Peak and Ngong Ping.

Lastly where do you suggest we go to buy souvenirs (night market) ?
