About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Will he get Q1 again if apply ?

My friend was doing part time job on Q1 while his passport was at application office for residence permit extension rustled visa canceled after psb found him working, he exit China after got only 10 days visa.

Maybe your friend can get another Q1 type if he can meet the requirements. But I cannot guarantee that. Just give it a try. Good luck.
