24 Hour Direct Transit in Wuhan?

I am a US citizen. I will be flying from LAX to Kota Kinabalu Malaysia (BKI), stopping in Guangzhou for a 10 hour layover. For the return, I will fly from BKI to Guangzhou for a 5 hour layover, then to Wuhan for a 2 hour layover before departing for San Francisco. Will the 24 hour direct transit apply throughout this itinerary?
