About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shangai to Shenzen

Im flying from Tallinn Auckland, in between im flying to China (Shangai) but next flight is from Shangai to Shenzhen and then Auckland, should i apply for a visa in China? Transit or?

You definitely need a visa before you travel. Transit without visa is not possible at Shenzhen.
