Wrong date on Pre arrival registration. Help ?

SO i'm travelling to canada and have layover in honk kong for around 8 hours.
I filled the form for PAR and then saw that the date of travel is wrong on the notification slip so i dropped the plan of getting out of the airport.
Is it still a problem if i'm having wrong date on PAR ?
