About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

HAL Amsterdam calling in Tianjin October 24 and 25, two days enroute to Shanghai Oct 26 and 27

Then arriving in Shanghai Oct 28 and departing 6pm October 29 ie 6 days.
Can a 144 hour visa be applied for?
Also calling at Hong Kong. Nov 4 and5

No, I'm afraid not. The departing and arriving should be different countries.
