About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA at Luohu

My freind, US citizen and German. Can they apply VOA at Luohu and take train directly depart to Hong Kong. Or need to via Luohu port. Thanks.

Hi, personally I think they need to do that via Luohu port. But I cannot guarantee that. You are advised to call the Luohu port to confirm that.
