Will I marry and be happy with my current boyfriend?

I'm a tiger born 7-15-74 and he is a pig born 2-13-1971 we've known each other for a very long time and actually dated 15years ago but didn't work out and now 25yeats later we reconnected and still had feelings for each other so have decided to explore being together once again ... It's going good for the most part he's just a little suspicious cuz of past relationships (not ours) and I'm starting to think maybe we should just stay friends can u please let me know if I'm wasting my time or will we get passed this and ultimately Marry one another thankyou
