About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai 144hr visa free

Flying Brisbane to Hong Kong 20 Aug. Flying Hong Kong to Shanghai 22 Aug. Boarding cruise ship departing Shanghai 24 Aug with 1st port of call Pusan, South Korea and 2nd port of call Hong Kong. Ship does not call into any Chinese port. Does this fit the visa free arrangements?
