Hi ..Chinese Passport renewal

I'm working in a Chinese company in Sri Lanka and one of my office staff's passport is getting expire withing 2 month.I need to renew his passport through Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka without exit to China.
Please advice. I'm glad if you could send me the Online application link and Pre appointment form.
