Yes, you can cycle there.You can also take the subway line 6 from Dongsi Station to Nanluoguxiang Station. Walk out of the Exit E and walk to north about 200m you can get there. Rickshaw can only be used in Nanluoguxiang, which takes about CNY 100 to go around the lane.
